    Terra Nova’s original millwork lockers were beginning to fail, with warping materials and unreliable locks impacting both functionality and guest experience.

    The goal was to implement a durable, low-maintenance locker solution across the men’s and women’s change rooms and lobby, while elevating the overall look and feel of the space to match the spa environment.

  • Solutions

    Following a full assessment, the existing lockers were replaced with high performance HPL locker systems designed for moisture resistance and long-term durability.

    Updated layouts were implemented across all areas, with integrated benching added to the women’s change room to improve usability and flow.

    To eliminate ongoing lock issues, Ojmar OTS Batteryless locks were selected, providing a reliable, maintenance-free, and seamless user experience.

    Conclusion

    The new locker system delivers a significant upgrade in both performance and aesthetics. Maintenance issues have been eliminated, functionality has improved, and the space now reflects the quality and consistency expected in a premium spa environment.
